  • There is always simplicity in chaos.
  • Focus on one behavior that you wan to change.

The slow-card diet - if you want to lose weight:

  1. Avoid white carbohydrates. If it is white, avoid it (rice, pasta, milk).
  2. Eat the same few meals regularly (protein, legumes, veggies)
  3. Don’t drink calories such as juice or milk
  4. Don’t eat fruit
  5. Take one day off per week (Saturday). Keep a list of what you want to indulge during the week and then do it on Saturday

Mobility (special guest: Kelly Starrett)

  • Practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent.
  • Work 10 minutes a day on practicing how to squat properly.
  • This about your body position as a skill.
  • Your combat stance must become your everyday stance.
  • Being strong is the policy against getting sick.

  • The smaller the audience the better it is.
  • The more specifically you can test, the better you can communicate with you potential customers.
  • Look for comparables in the same sector.
  • Look for feedback on Youtube.
  • Search Reddit.com for your topic and see what people say.
  • Somebody else’s customers are already out there telling you what they want.
  • Before lunching a product, spend the time to build the audience.
  • You have to go out and experience success and failure yourself.
  • Think about your business - am I making a profit and am I enjoying it?
  • Limit your measurements to one metric and focus on accomplishing one thing at a time.
  • You have to be confident in your ability to generate ideas. If you only have one idea, don’t start a business or become a an entrepreneur. The 4-Hour Chef
  • Smell food like a dog. Learn the habit of smelling your food.
  • Deconstruct your food and identify flavors.

Crucial kitchen items:

  • Salt.
  • Malden sea salt - finishing salt. Put it on food right before you serve it.
  • Try balsamic vinegar with some malden salt and avocado.
  • Tamari - liquide salt.
  • Olive oil - two types. Working olive oil and finishing olive oil.
  • Grape seed oil is neutral oil.
  • Gee - type of butter.
  • Virgin coconut oil - can be used for almost everything.
  • Balsamic vinegar - real balsamic vinegar comes in a small perfume like vinegar. everything else is a fake.
  • Lemon - roll it before you cut it to get more juice (remember to catch the seeds). Other:
  • Sliced almonds
  • Mustard - be careful with portions. SOme mustards have sugar, be careful.
  • Garlic.

Gear:

Coffee:

12grams of coffee to 200 grams of water

Healthy butterfingers:

  • Sweet potato - slowly digested carb. Put the potato into a microwave - 6 minutes.
  • Chocolate weight protein - 2 spoons of chocolate weight protein.
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

Conclusion:

  2. What are the things that I can do to minimize the worst case scenario.
  3. What can I do to get to the level where I am now?
